How Does It Work?

We bring a photobooth to your reception or event for an entire night. We have staff on hand to run the booth the entire time and we bring everything we need, so you don't have to provide a thing - just a bit of space to setup.

The booth works just like traditional photo booths; your guests sit down on the seat, press the button, and the booth takes 3 pictures in a row. After they're done, the guests get to see their pictures on the screen. The prints are automatically printed and are ready within 30 seconds.

The strips are printed in doubles - one for your guest to take home as a favor, and the second strip is for your scrapbook. The guests create their own scrapbook pages by pasting their photostrip on a page and writing their own personal message to you.

How Much Does It Cost?

The price for a rental is $750 for weddings in Rhode Island. We add a travel charge for weddings outside Rhode Island. Contact us with your event location and we'll give you a quote.

The price includes everything. No extra charge for more hours, CD's, etc.

How Big Is The Booth?

We use an open-air booth for all our rentals, so the booth itself is very small. An open-air booth is not enclosed (like traditional photobooths), making it smaller an much easier to fit into smaller spaces. It also allows a lot more people into each picture, since there are no walls.

What Kind Of Scrapbook Is Included?

By default we include a black faux-leather post-bound scrapbook with black pages & silver ink pens. However, we can get just about any color & type of scrapbook, so just let us know if you have a specific color, style, or theme in mind. If you want to provide your own scrapbook you can do that too.

The scrapbook expands, so we can fit as many pages as you need into the book.

What Color Backdrops Do You Have?

We have a few different colors (white, black, green, red, etc). If you have a specific color or pattern in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. And if you want to provide your own, we can do that too.

What Are The Photostrips Printed On?

The photostrips are printed with a professional dye-sub photo printer. The prints themselves are protected from water and UV rays, so they won't fade like inkjet & other home prints do. The quality is similar to photo labs in most stores.

What Props Do You Have?

We have a few different fun props, and by default we bring a few fun but simple props like heart-shaped & glittery sunglasses, mustaches mounted on sticks, and hats. If you have specific items in mind, or you just want us to include a lot more (and crazier) props, just let us know.

How Long Does Each Print Take?

After the booth is done taking the last picture, it takes about 30-40 seconds for the printer to finish. By the time the guests are done viewing their pictures on the screen, their prints are almost ready.

Will You Travel To (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Alaska, etc)?

We will travel to most of RI (with the exception of Block Island / Prudence Island / etc). If your event is outside RI (MA, CT, etc), just contact us and we'll let you know if we can make it to your event. Non-RI locations will be subject to a travel fee (dependent on location).

How Do I Book A Rental?

To book your rental, we need two things: a signed contract, and a $100 deposit. The deposit secures your date and ensures we set it aside for you. We normally have bookings as far as 1-2 years out, so don't hesitate to let us know if you're interested so we can make sure you get your date.

What If You're Already Booked On My Date?

Don't worry, we have more than one photobooth. So if we already have a booking on your date there's still a chance that we can send one of the other booths out to your event. Just contact us as soon as you can to make sure we can handle your event.

When Will I Get My Scrapbook & CD?

Your scrapbook will be assembled throughout your event, and it should be ready by the time you're ready to leave (assuming you don't leave early). That means you can take it home with you look at your pictures the same day.

The CD will be mailed to you soon after the event is done, usually within a couple weeks. The online gallery will be setup so you can look at all your pictures (including any that don't make it into the scrapbook) while you're waiting for the CD.

What Will Be On The Pictures CD?

The CD contains a copy of every picture taken throughout the event. This includes the photostrips, and also the 3 individual pictures from each strip. These pictures are yours - you can email the pictures and share them however you like.

How Long Do You Stay For An Event?

We're usually the last ones to leave. Often the best pictures come at the end of the event, when guests have had a chance to have fun and get creative. Also, if you're busy for your entire reception (which you will be), then often the end is the only time you have to actually get your own pictures taken. So we stay till the end to get all the good pictures.

What is your refund policy?

The booking deposit is normally non-refundable. At our discretion we may issue refunds of the deposit on a case-by-case basis.

Any other payments, including the remainder of the amount due, and/or any travel chargers are non-refundable once services have been provided.

Additionally, any payments are subject to refunds at our sole descretion within 30 days of the event date. If you have any questions about refunds, or if you believe you may require a refund despite the above conditions, please contact us.
